Tak bole blah~

Semalam birthday abah yang ke-63. (ye abah dah tua. tapi maintain rasa muda) The whole family (11 + 1 Alia= 12) gathered for dinner at KDE (Kelab Darul Ehsan). We celebrate the birthday with a Chinese 9 course dinner meal. (There goes my diet. Perut ada sedikit bunc hari ni.) We ended the dinner with a Secret Recipe Hi-fibre cheese cake. (rasa mcm mkn breakfast cereal. sumpah tak akan beli lagi).

Abah gave a speech at the end of the dinner. He specifically gave a personal expectation for each and everyone of his children.

Azmir, for his family (with two daughters) to be happy.

Razman, for his newfound business to be successful. And for his wife to be patience with it.

Azree, it is time for him to find a partner since he's already 30. He's too caught up with work.

Mahmud, he needs to enrol for a degree at the age of 25 (for business sake). (Which I think will be a failure like the rest of his studies)

And me, boleh tak bapak aku cakap "u've old enough it's time for u to find a suitable husband and settle down" what the FISSHHH!!!! Aku baru 23!! And it never ever even cross my mind!! Ni yang rasa macam nak memberontak ni!! Dalam banyak2 benda yang dia boleh cakap (mcm how proud he is wit my life ke or how proud he is wit me being a gud daughter ke) patut ke pasal kawin jugak dia ungkit? (mungkin juga sebab dia tak boleh tahan aku asyik kuar mlm2 ngan boifren pastu blk tgh2 mlm. nyeh3. ala abah ni tak remaja la tak balik tgh2 mlm.)

Tapi kan, seperti biasa, whatever my dad says, I will always ignore them. Macam perkataan2 tu tak pernah wujud pun. Ha?? Apa abah cakap? tak dengar..ok bye.

Note: Don't get me wrong, my dad and I are very close. Tapi bila seorang bapa yang dah meningkat tua bercakap dengan seorang remaja yang sedang memberontak, mesti la we will not agree with each other on certain subjects. Seperti the abovementioned subject.

Note2: Tak tau nape tapi I found it an insult when my father talk about marriage. To me laa~
