i'm in a dilemma right now. since i got a lot of time to myself, i've been thinking about changing my glasses. but then again, i'm also thinking about trying a new image by wearing a contact lense. these thoughts are really mind-boggling and i couldn't decide myself whether to continue on wearing glasses or try new things by wearing contacts. i did ask a few opinions from those around me but the answers i got are quite vague to say the least.
so here are the pros and cons for each of them and i hope you guys could give me some direction or whatever you wanna say that could help me. please.
glasses.
if i want to change my glasses, i would preferably choose yellow plastic frame. just like my red glasses but only it has to be yellow. i don't know why but i really want it to be yellow. i kinda like yellow right know. the thing is, i've been browsing through every optical store and there's no yellow frame. gaah! it's okay, my search of the yellow frame is not yet ended. i'm still searching. there's got to be one pleease.
pros:
-i'm comfortable in glasses.
-it kinda makes me stand out from the rest. hee~~
-it makes me who i am. my identity.
-no fuss, no hassle, just put it on.
cons:
-each time i change my glasses, my eye power seems to increase. not a good thing.
-i can't wear sunnies. boohoo~~
-i look nerdy. yeah i do and don't say i'm not, cause i am a nerd.
-i'm getting old and i need to look professional la. haha as if~
contacts.
i bought contacts before but i only wore it once because i have this theatre thingy. the contacts were hazel in colour and i look weird in it. hehe, probably it's just me. but anyway if i am going to buy contacts, i'm just gonna buy the clear ones, no colour, so that i can be comfortable in it.
pros:
-i can wear shades bebeh!!
-people will take me seriously. haha. not like they don't.
-my nose will no longer be attached to glasses. get it? the only thing missing is the moustache!!
-i can wear mascara!!! gagaga..
-the percentage of my eye power to increase is very low.
-i just wanna look good.
cons:
-fuss, hassle, difficult to handle.
-i will look weird. huhu. emah said that.
-am i ready for the responsibility? yes i think so.yikes. that's my parents yapping.
-i will no longer look like an ira. wutever that means.
so please help me before i make any wrong decisions. here's a bit of a clue to consider with. i'm about to step in the working field, i need to look professional and adult like. thanks ya'll!!

if after awhile you miss your glasses, you can always go back to your signature frames :)

i think ur glasses are like ur trademark. red frame glasses, so cool, it works for ur face u know?
but then again,
wearing contacts is not such a bad thing. ive been wearing it for almost 2 years already, and it done good for my image. kalau kite pakai glasses, kite mmg mcm NERD GILA. but i wore glasses at home and to places that i dont have to look good so much, not that i think wearing glasses make u look bad, because you're cute with it, its just that its not for me. hehe.
then kena tgk jugak faktor mata. kalau mata awak cm besar and u want to show it off, then lenses it is!
u can go back and forth between glasses and lenses anyway. there's no harm in trying.
but kalau awk decide nk pakai lenses gak, then kena betul2 careful jugak la masa handle lense tu..but once u get the hang of it,u'll be fine :)
tp mata kt kecik.. mesti tak sesuai kan pakai contact lense.. nampak pipi kt tembam sgt..
